NOTICE NO. OF 2001 NOTICE UNDER SECTION 16 IN RESPECT OF MASERU PRIVATE
HOSPITAL

Pursuant to Section 16 of the Privatisation Act No. 9 of 1995 it is notified for general information that the Government of Lesotho has after acquiring the rights or interest in the Maseru Private Hospital through a liquidation process, decided to place Maseru Private Hospital under a Management Contractor, who shall operate the facility to provide medical services in accordance with the agreed provisions of a management contract and under regulation by the Ministry of Health. These arrangements shall subsist until otherwise changed. Any additional information relating to arrangements for the future operation of the Maseru Private Hospital shall be published by the Privatisation Unit.
