PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING
GOVERNMENT NOTICE NO. 3 OF 2002
RESTRUCTURING /PRIVATISATION OF 16 MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE ENTERPRISES
The public is hereby made aware of the release of the Government Notice
No.3 of 2002 listing 16 Agricultural Enterprises earmarked for
restructuring which may include privatisation. Under this Government
Notice, the Government of Lesotho is inviting individuals and groups
interested in the privatisation of any of the 16 Agricultural
Enterprises listed in the above-mentioned Government Notice to express
their views. The proposals of interested parties will be incorporated in
the formulation of the privatisation strategy for each of these
enterprises.
The public is notified that the Government Notice is prepared in
accordance with section 16 of the Privatisation Act 1995. The Notice is
available at the Government Printer for M1.70 a copy.
The views and proposals of interested parties should be submitted to the
following address, within 60 days of the date of release of the Notice,
which is 8 February, 2002:
