 The
privatization programme is managed by the Privatization Unit under the
guidance of the Ministry of Finance. The boards and management of
parastatals as well as line ministries are actively involved in all
steps of the process.
The Privatization Unit is
advised by a Private Sector Advisory Committee, which includes
representatives from labour, the Lesotho Chamber of Commerce and
Industry, lawyers’groups, employers’associations, and women’s business
groups.
