The Government of Lesotho has undertaken to transform the country’s economy through a privatization programme that includes over fifty state-owned commercial enterprises. The programme is being driven by the Lesotho Privatization Unit, which aims to foster a partnership between Government, the private sector, labour and the public at large to generate greater economic activity, new employment and widespread prosperity. |
